Don't smoke..Drink coffee instead.


Smoking can kill you..lol, cause it sounds cliche

Drink coffee instead. The same energy boost plus a great side effect...help with your testosterone as well. Maybe directly maybe not.

You see.. If you drink coffee..then you go working out, it'll make you become more energetic during your workout. similar like if you take a fat burner. Fat burner is basically the same as 3 cup of strong coffee.. plus other added good stuffs.

So, go for coffee, it's good for you.
