Meeting PhD.

Ini lebih kepada aku membentangkan apa yang telah ku perolehi untuk seminggu dua kepada dua org supv ku.

Supv utama menggunakan tactic menyerang kerana mungkin agak kecewa dgn hasil yang ku buat. Aku cuba sedaya upaya, (well there’s always room for improvement) jadi aku cuba membentang sedaya upaya yang boleh.

Strategi bertahan dan mungkin agak becoming more defensive agak menjadi. Aku tak dtg dgn tgn yang kosong. Idea nya ada cuma tidak mantap. Ini kerana kesuntukan masa yang agak ketara.

Aku ada sikit masalah memahami text yang banyak guna English Engineering unit or Imperial English instead of the regular SI unit..

Supv utama banyak nit picking, attack segala sudut. Grammernya kena perfect, formatting kena cantik. I’m in need to improve all that because I’m not that kind of a person. No teeeny weeny little details but big pictures. I like seeing the big pictures. Maybe the influence of that book The magic of thinking big.

Anyway 2nd supervisor, the more knowledgable one did give relevant info and prod me to the right direction. Supv utama not too bad, but he’s perfectionist attitude or approach yang kadang kala merimaskan.

Anyway, in 3 months time, the main PhD treatment will be deployed and my materials need to be ready, polished, and be really good. I’ll do my best to get this done. :)

NGV Community Forum - to save on petrol

NGV Community Forum There's a section for newbies & advanced users. Our Friend Hadzley have been using it for 1 month ++, and he was extremely satisfied with the mileage. However there's a problem with pick-up. He use 1.6 Ford, and he hardly overtake a lorry on teh highway. But as you know lorry in Malaysia has the same speed limit like any othe rvehicles, and they drive pretty fast too. You can check out the forum & learn more. I'm thinking of adding NGV to my old (but still beautiful..ehem) Saga 1.5. He only need RM4 from Melaka to UPM. it's a pretty darn good deal. However the initial cost is RM3000 new & RM1500 used. So have to theink abt the ROI.

The awesome Bugatti Veyron.

I am watching this super duper super car Bugatti Veyron here. I got the link from this top documentary film website, http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/bugatti-veyron-super-car/ . Really cool. More than 400km/h in 2.5 seconds and 2.2 seconds to make it stop to a complete stop. Wow wow wow. On the other side Proton created a working electric vehicle already and sent it to JPM for trying it out. Read details here . When can we buy it? I hope it can get >20 km/l as Honda Insights or Toyota Prius. But I saw a charging station needed. I would prefer the EV like Honda Insights or Toyota Prius, with petrol and battery. There’s no need for a charging battery station. Did Proton make a wrong move? What if there’s no more juice in the car and there’s no charging station around? Anyway, enough for today. Later…
