I heard it’s highly likely that petrol will be charged at it’s real price about RM2.50/ liter come 2997. So why don’t we convert to NGV NOW. Our friend Hadzley did it and pretty much enjoying the savings. He recorded RM8-9 for about 240KM.

If we can convert to NGV together, maybe the installation price can be reduced even further. Currently it’s at RM3000 new, and RM1500 used.

I thought if we convert to NGV we can’t use petrol, but it’s actually dual fuel system. You can still use petrol when your NGV is out. Feel free to roam the NGV forum & discuss this issue, academically, economically, and on whatever angle u like to discuss it.

NGV Community Forum - to save on petrol

NGV Community Forum There's a section for newbies & advanced users. Our Friend Hadzley have been using it for 1 month ++, and he was extremely satisfied with the mileage. However there's a problem with pick-up. He use 1.6 Ford, and he hardly overtake a lorry on teh highway. But as you know lorry in Malaysia has the same speed limit like any othe rvehicles, and they drive pretty fast too. You can check out the forum & learn more. I'm thinking of adding NGV to my old (but still beautiful..ehem) Saga 1.5. He only need RM4 from Melaka to UPM. it's a pretty darn good deal. However the initial cost is RM3000 new & RM1500 used. So have to theink abt the ROI.

The awesome Bugatti Veyron.

I am watching this super duper super car Bugatti Veyron here. I got the link from this top documentary film website, http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/bugatti-veyron-super-car/ . Really cool. More than 400km/h in 2.5 seconds and 2.2 seconds to make it stop to a complete stop. Wow wow wow. On the other side Proton created a working electric vehicle already and sent it to JPM for trying it out. Read details here . When can we buy it? I hope it can get >20 km/l as Honda Insights or Toyota Prius. But I saw a charging station needed. I would prefer the EV like Honda Insights or Toyota Prius, with petrol and battery. There’s no need for a charging battery station. Did Proton make a wrong move? What if there’s no more juice in the car and there’s no charging station around? Anyway, enough for today. Later…
